Janaika en Chadi

We are very happy to be able to look back to the 25th of May as being the most beautiful and amazing day of our lives.

Last year when we started the preparations, the first thing we both agreed on was to work with a wedding planner. We knew that organizing a wedding in The Hague while both living in Dubai would be very challenging. We would only be able to go to Holland 1 week before the wedding and would have a lot of family and friends flying in from all over the world. For Chadi’s family from Lebanon, it would be the first time in Holland and we wanted to make sure that we had time to spend it together the days before the wedding. Other details: 2 locations, 135 guests, 25 nationalities and flying in from 8 different countries. A wedding planner was a must!

We had met a couple of Wedding planners through Skype, but Astrid directly impressed us as she was very well prepared and proposed Kasteel de Wittenburg  as the wedding location for us. We trusted her advice and agreed to have our wedding dinner and reception at Kasteel de Wittenburg without ever seeing it in person.  Astrid was right, we loved it!  The location is beautiful, the service impeccable and all our guests (especially the foreign ones) were very much impressed.

Astrid is a very compassionate and organized person with a lot of experience and a strong relationship with her suppliers. We always enjoyed our Skype calls and even more her visit to Dubai with Vincent. She was a great support to us during the preparations and the week before the wedding.  On the wedding day we felt very comfortable and only focused on enjoying the day itself and our guests. Astrid and Liz (her assistent) made sure that everything went perfect and we received a lot of compliments from our guests.

We really want to thank to Astrid, Vincent, Liz, DJ Kees and all the staff of Kasteel de Wittenburg for making it an unforgettable day!
